Input material
Insulated copper cable and wire, including automotive harness, LAN cable, household and industrial cable. Oversized armoured cable needs separate review.
Recover saleable copper granules from mixed and thin cable that manual stripping cannot handle economically. A heavy-duty configuration is available; throughput is confirmed against cable type and a material test.

Thin, mixed and multi-strand cable is slow to strip by hand and is often sold unprocessed. Open burning may be restricted or prohibited under local environmental and safety rules; the described line uses dry mechanical separation instead.
Produces a separated copper granule and plastic fraction. The 99.5–99.9% purity range is a configuration- and feed-dependent reference for specified cable; confirm the attainable result with a sample test before final selection. Accepts automotive harness, LAN cable, industrial and household wire, and capillary tube subject to feed review.
Cable is sorted by type and diameter; oversized armoured cable is routed to a separate stripping stage rather than the granulator.
The granulator cuts cable into short pieces, releasing copper from the insulation without water or chemicals. A heavy-duty configuration can combine a pre-shredder and granulator; power and throughput are confirmed against the cable sample and project requirements. The described process is dry mechanical separation.
An inclined conveyor lifts the granulate to a vibrating table, where airflow and vibration separate the lighter plastic from the denser copper; this gravity-and-air stage is what replaces water flotation.
An integrated collection stage keeps fine dust out of the working area and out of the product.
For very fine wire, an eddy current or electrostatic stage can raise recovery further.
A recycling line is specified against the material and the output buyer accepts, not from a catalogue number alone.
Insulated copper cable and wire, including automotive harness, LAN cable, household and industrial cable. Oversized armoured cable needs separate review.
Separated copper granules and plastic fraction. The attainable purity and recovery depend on wire diameter, insulation and feed preparation.
The 300–500 kg/h heavy-duty build and up-to-99.9% purity figures apply to specified configurations and feed conditions, not every cable mix. Confirm them with a sample test.
Tell us cable diameter, copper content, armouring, daily volume and target granule quality.
Oversized or armoured cable may need stripping or a separate preparation stage; do not assume it can enter a standard granulator directly.

Dry-type granulator that turns mixed insulated cable into clean copper granules, from a 220 V workshop unit to a 600 kg/h production machine.

High-frequency rotor that ejects aluminium, copper and zinc from mixed streams, separating particles down to 3 mm at >99% aluminium recovery.

Rotary drum screener that splits shredded scrap into size fractions before sorting, reducing downstream wear and improving separation accuracy.
Tell us cable diameter, copper content, armouring, daily volume and target granule quality. We do not quote a line from a description alone; the final sequence is confirmed against the material and site conditions.
Oversized or armoured cable is reviewed separately and may need a stripping stage before granulation. Send cable photos or a sample description.
The described line uses dry mechanical, airflow and vibration separation. Dust control and feed preparation still need to be specified for the project.
Wire diameter, insulation type, mixed feed, blade condition and separator settings all affect the result. A sample test is the reliable basis for a target.
